Thank you for your email and to you all for putting on such a great event. Eirian and Austino had
the best of time and have made some fantastic memories together. Austino has spoken of
nothing else since getting home. Its a miracle that Eirian and Austino managed to play golf
together without a fallout or sulk between them and they returned home as friends.
I booked the event on a whim for an early father and son Father's Days treat. Although we didn't
know what to expect, you far surpassed everything we thought it might be.
Eirian provided the feedback to your mum during the event but the personal interaction from the
moment of booking, run up and throughout the event hasn't gone unnoticed, in fact it has been
greatly valued. I liked it from a customer service perspective but this has had the most impact on
Austino, you and your family (inc. Con and parents) are now his hero's, you made him feel soooo
welcome.
From what I have heard the organisation was excellent, the FB and hotel teams were faultless in
every way.
Austino cannot wait to hear of next years event I've already been given my orders to make sure I
get tickets😂
On Sunday my son left the house a grumpy (and a bit nervous) teenager, yesterday he returned
my lovely child that was bouncing with excitement and stories. He's still buzzing today.
